Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Should a product arrive damaged by post you will be required to contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the product to your address so we can discuss this with the courier.

Orders of cornice and coving are hand delivered and any damages must be noted with the delivery driver at the time of delivery. If damages are noted after the delivery driver has left these will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
